A Notice to Patients: Coronavirus

We are closely monitoring an outbreak of a 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and ask that all patients note the advisories below.

At our office, we have implemented protocols to provide as safe an environment as possible, including:

​

• Limiting our schedule to allow for social distancing of patient and staff

• Having the entire staff provided with  masks and gloves

• Screening all patients for coronavirus exposure and/or symptoms before they schedule and arrive for an appointment

• Disinfecting all surfaces and equipment between each patient

​

Any patient who has a fever, is coughing or shows other signs of illness at their appointment will be asked to leave.
